30-day money-back guarantee

If Zentoo isn't right for your pet, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. We will send return instructions. Items must be returned in a clean, undamaged and resalable condition, with the controller, adapter, strap and manual included.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. We will notify you by email when it has been processed.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or was sent in error, in which case we cover it.

Faulty items

If your pad arrives damaged or stops working, contact us within 30 days with a photo or short video. We will replace it or refund you — your choice.

Damaged in transit

Please report any transit damage within 7 days of delivery so we can raise a claim with the carrier.

Important

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of pads that have been used on an animal with an infectious skin condition.
