Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including published wavelengths, dimensions and surface temperature. Colour representation may vary between screens. Zentoo is a wellness and comfort product for pets and is not a medical device; it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and is not a substitute for veterinary care.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is taken at the time of order. Prices do not include any import duties or taxes charged on delivery.

Order acceptance

Your order is accepted when we dispatch it. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you and refund in full.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. After dispatch, please use the returns process.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
