Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery times

Standard international delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. These are estimates, not guarantees - customs processing can add time.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders over $99. Orders below that threshold are charged at cost, shown at checkout before you pay.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes may apply on delivery depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
