How long should a session be?
10–15 minutes to begin with, once or twice a day, building to 20 minutes if your pet is comfortable. The inline controller has a timer so you don't have to watch the clock.
Is it hot? Can it burn my pet?
The surface reaches roughly 40–45 °C — about the warmth of a warm compress. It is generated by the infrared LEDs, not by a separate heating element. Always check the surface with your hand first, and never leave a pet unattended during a session.
Does it work on cats?
Yes. Cats usually prefer the drape-it or lie-on-it positions rather than being strapped in. Start with a shorter session and let them walk away whenever they want.
Can I use it instead of my pet's medication?
No — and you should never reduce or stop any prescribed treatment. Zentoo is a comfort and wellness device, not a treatment for any condition. If your pet is under veterinary care, ask your vet first.
Are there situations where I shouldn't use it?
Do not use it over a tumour, on pregnant animals, on broken or irritated skin, or on pets that cannot tell you when they've had enough. If your pet has a diagnosed condition, consult your veterinarian before use.
Is it waterproof?
No. The rating is IPX0, so please don't wash or submerge the pad. Wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth and let it dry fully before the next use.
Does it need batteries or an app?
Neither. It plugs into a wall outlet — no battery, no Bluetooth, no account, no firmware updates. Choose US, UK, EU or AU plug at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave our warehouse within 48 hours. Delivery is typically 7–15 business days depending on destination, and shipping is free on orders over $99.
